Return Policy
- Timeframe for Returns You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Conditions for Returns All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and free from any damage.
- How to Request a Return To request a return, please email returns@encoredancecloset.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Any other relevant details about the item
Once your return request is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to proceed, including packing the item and printing a shipping label.
- Items Eligible for Return All items are currently eligible for return, provided they meet the condition requirements stated above.
- Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, item not as described), we will cover the shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, different preferences), a $3.99 restocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Return Requests Due to EDC Error If an item was sent to you incorrectly or is not as described, please email us immediately at returns@encoredancecloset.com. We will cover all return costs and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
- International Returns For international orders, return shipping must be covered by the buyer. Please email returns@encoredancecloset.com for instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Return Requests for Consignors
- Rejected Items: If an item you consigned is deemed ineligible for sale because its condition is different from what was shown in the original photographs, we can return it to you, charging a $10 shipping fee.
